- Engage faculty, students, and staff in campaigns that promote positive messaging to students and encourage a growth mindset, especially for first generation and underrepresented students.
- Assign each entering student with names and contact information for their dedicated student success team members available to answer questions and help navigate college.
- Study early alert best practice models and engage the UNT community in early alert town halls.
- Continue an open dialogue about race and culture through UNT town halls and related activities.
- Move toward the complete use of online forms, beginning with student forms, to expedite processes and replace the need for in-person signatures.
- Facilitate visioning discussions about campus capital improvements that will provide the best and most engaging facilities for all students.
- Use a concierge service team to track students experiencing financial challenges and provide them assistance.
- Improve the financial aid experience by creating a centralized scholarship application.
- Implement call campaigns focused on retaining unregistered students.
